Ask for an explanation of a health topic, an unfamiliar term, or a procedure. Browse the topic library first, or type a question in your own words. OpenVisit provides education; it does not diagnose or prescribe.
The native app stores its patient-education content and AI models locally. Once installed, reading and on-device answers do not require a cloud connection. Speech recognition and some voices may need language assets installed first.
The native app includes English, Spanish, Arabic, German, Persian, French, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Vietnamese, and Chinese. Translation and answer quality vary, and content review is ongoing.
Yes. The native interface supports spoken explanations and voice questions. Recognition and voice availability depend on the selected language, installed assets, and device.
Native answers are generated by the local model, with no cloud API credits or per-answer cloud processing fee. App pricing and availability are separate; contact us for the current details.
The web client connects to a locally running OpenVisit service on a compatible computer. It is not an AI model running entirely inside the browser. The iPhone, iPad, and Mac apps run their native workflow on the device.
